£500,000 funding facility Secured through Aldermore, – Enabling predicted growth to become real growth – and soon!

EnviroBuild was founded with the aim of supplying eco-friendly building materials, supporting sustainable initiatives, eco-systems and local communities. An ethos that the company works hard to achieve whilst maintaining a successful in business as well - EnviroBuild has been awarded the Federation of Small Business London Ethical and Green Business of the year award.

At least 80% of materials sold by EnviroBuild, including the packaging, has recycled origin and can be re-purposed at the end of their life-cycle – tackling an industry wide issue of waste & what to do with it!

The half a million pound receivables financing agreement reached with Aldermore will allow EnviroBuild to grow in line with significantly increasing demand from trade customers and consumers.

Primarily, it will enable the organisation to hold the required stock levels to meet quick turnaround times, allowing the company directors to focus on securing new commercial contracts and expand further into the commercial sector.

James Brueton, the co-founder of EnviroBuild, commented: “On an ongoing basis Aldermore supports the invoice financing and ongoing maintenance of our accounts. Aldermore allows us the peace of mind to focus on our growth whilst also giving us the opportunity to commit to large projects with our commercial clients. Securing these clients is at the core of our future ambition. We want to expand into new territories, but also become a household name here in Ireland, making the green choice more accessible to the end consumers. Aldermore has given us the flexibility to focus on that vision and prepare for our rapid growth.”

Stuart Baty, Head of Business Development at Aldermore, said: “It is always fantastic to work with a company that has a real passion and love for what they do. EnviroBuild is infused with the passions of its founders, and the entire team is truly committed to achieving an impact, as well as delivering a high-quality product. We are proud to support businesses as they seek to realise a vision, and look forward to playing a role in EnviroBuild’s ambitious future.”
