Project Breakdown
Having used and loved Hyperion materials previously for their garden gazebo, the client came to EnviroBuild looking for a composite decking to install alongside their new hot tub.
Due to the purpose of its use, it was important that the chosen material was durable, water-resistant and anti-slip to ensure complete safety and effectivity around the sides of the jacuzzi. The client also needed a decking material that would aesthetically compliment the modernity of the hot tub whilst maintaining the natural and environmental appeal of their green garden.
The Solution
With its effective plastic capping, Hyperion Frontier decking was chosen to accompany the client’s new hot tub. Supported by 25-year warranty against fading and staining, the capped composite decking allows for ultra-low maintenance shield protection technology, providing assurance against rotting, warping or splintering next to water. The decking therefore never needs to be treated and minimal maintenance is ever required. The non-slip traits of Hyperion decking were also important, offering complete safety around the jacuzzi area.
Manticore substructure and Hyperion fascia allowed for neat levelling and elevation around the hot tub, making access easy whilst contributing a further element of modernity to the installation design. With its hidden fastening system, the Frontier slate decking created a clean and sleek aesthetic to accompany the client’s new hot tub.
