While this was legal when installed, post-Grenfell it's no longer legal for new installations and existing installs on buildings over 18 m. This causes safety concerns for residents and also can make the building difficult to insure and sell.
EnviroBuild's solution is a market-leading non-combustible aluminium decking that can be retrofitted onto existing timber or WPC decked balconies. We offer a very price competitive board using clips, or we have a clipless solution with passive drainage and continuous top surface.
